You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched from our facility, cancellation will not be possible.
We accept returns only if the product’s outer packaging is damaged or the product itself is defective. For any queries or assistance, you may contact us at sales@shreeoe.in.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting a 5% transaction charge.
If the order has already been processed for shipping, a 10% processing charge will be deducted. Additionally, any shipping charges already incurred by us will also be deducted from the refund amount.
If the cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a replacement. Replacement requests are accepted only in cases where a genuine defect or damage is found.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 15 working days.
Note: Products purchased during SALE or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
